Hi. My name is Dave and I\'m a native English speaker who moved from London to Warsaw in January 2016. I changed profession at this point and moved into teaching and haven\'t looked back since. I secured a part-time position within a private school in Warsaw which developed into a full-time role with the added responsibility of form tutor. More recently I moved into teaching within a business environment, but I want to return to helping/teaching children as that was the most rewarding challenge in my career. I have a pragmatic approach having raised 2 children, and exposure to children aged 6 to 10 when I took on voluntary work at my local school. Children of all ages need stimulation and that learning should be fun, but equally recognising they have differing abilities and attention spans. From my experiences very young children need much play and creative activities to develop positive learning habits, the building of self-esteem and social skills, plus physical and intellectual engagement with their peers.
