Test Center Administrator (part time)
To our test center in the Ochota district in Warsaw we are looking for a Test Center Administrator (TCA) to work part-time – several times a month (including two Saturdays per month between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.)
The TCA will administer an internet-delivered English Language Examinations and possibly paper-based-examinations.
Responsibilities:
• Setting up and cleanup of the lab and equipment for each exam session (portable computers)
• checking-in and seating students at individual computers
• ensuring test scores security
• ensuring testing software is working properly on each PC (includes so-called readiness check around 2-3 days before the test date and system updates occasionally)
• if needed contact with technical staff and Help Desk in English
Requirements:
• Availability for work several times a month (especially twice a month on Saturdays between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.).
• At least B2 level of English to communicate with English-speaking test takers and Help-Desk
• High stress-resistance and good interpersonal skills
• Intermediate skills in IT (being able to download updates, run Readiness Checks, check regional settings, etc.) The training on the test software will be provided as an online self-study course plus the initial administrations will be supervised by a senior TCA
• Candidates with cat. B driving license and their own car, who could with time support with administering tests for our corporate clients, would be given preference.
