CoAction is an individual-oriented language training organization.
Our courses are mostly 1-to-1 Professional English classes that are tailored to the learner’s needs and working context. We take our students’ progress seriously and have tools that foster it.
Also, we truly care about our Trainers. Our methodology team strives to build personal relationships based on transparent communication with each and every Trainer. We provide real support for Trainers whenever they need is, and it is our goal to make working for us a mutually satisfying experience.

What our Trainers do:
1. Prepare and conduct Professional English lessons addressing the individual needs of the learner (with our methodological support). The majority of our students represent the IT sector - but don't worry! We have teacher training materials and would provide you with any support needed.
2. Make use of our tools for goal setting (Training Outline), making notes of learners' emergent language (Training Report) and revising vocabulary (Quizlet sets to be created once per month)
3. Run classes throughout the year (we hold open enrolment) and the working day.

You are the Candidate we are looking for if you have:
- experience in teaching Professional/Business English to students working in the IT sector
- BA in English Language Teaching or English philology / applied English linguistics or CELTA
- available teaching slots for classes held twice weekly (60 or 90 minutes) after 5 pm (these slots are currently most sought after by our clients, although we also offer classes at other times during the day). We are usually able to provide out Trainers with blocks of classes.
Experience in teaching Business English.
- C2 level English (we would need you to teach learners of various proficiency levels - usually higher ones, including C1+)
- digital literacy and a stable internet connection – you would be running online lessons via Google Meet or other similar platforms. You would also be editing our tools via Google Documents
- ideally, you are a sole proprietor / able to invoice us.
