Urban Ideas Bakery in Creative Cities


Are you are an emerging social innovator? Would you like to work out solutions to real city challenges across Europe with young social innovators from other countries?



If your answer is yes, then join the Urban Ideas Bakery. It is a group of innovators and sector experts drawn from across Europe who will work out practical solutions to actual city challenges using a unique and innovative process developed by the British Council and partners.


Deadline for applications is 6 July.


The Urban Ideas Bakery is organised as part of the British Council's Creative Cities project.

Creative Cities

Creative Cities has also commissioned a report from the Young Foundation on how cities can mobilise creativity and knowledge to tackle compelling social challenges. The report titled Breakthrough cities is a unique resource for anyone working in the field of city policy or simply committed to improving city lives.
