Lessons must help him/learn in an easy, respectful, motivating way; My work´s main aim is to make students DO things (speak, write, associate, translate..), but I always add a grammar scheme at the end of the lesson. As far as I can, I use natural samples of the language (as videos, newspapers, advertisings...).
