I am a creative and versatile, professional teacher of English as a Foreign Language. Being meticulous and organized, I possess well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and direct others in a supportive cooperative atmosphere. As a cheerful and energetic person, I have a good rapport with students. Responsible and dedicated, I easily adapt to a new setting and have a wide experience in working in an international environment. Putting the theoretical knowledge into practice, I happily organize various language events for my students, with success as winning the second prize in a national ‘The Best Day of Languages’ competition.

I have worked for Wimbledon Academy in London, where I prepared Adults to pass their citizenship exam that is required to obtain a UK passport. I am currently teaching groups with entry level 1, 2, 3 according to the requirements of the Home Office. My experience includes working as an EFL teacher for London Brookes College (2 months) in Hendon; as well as working for ACE Academy tutoring company (4 months) in London, where I have taught children (up to 16 years of age) English and Public Speaking (based on the National Curriculum). I have also given private English lessons for Polish people for about 2 years. Teaching is the career that I am very passionate about – and take pride in. I have and will continue to develop myself with dedication, hard work and effort to be excellent in this field. I also have experience in working as a manager for one of the boutiques apartments in Chelsea, London, which has improved my communication skills that are vital to work with children and adults I would consider myself creative and artistic in nature, which is very important, while creating a lesson plan and in the act of teaching to my students. My Master degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language equipped me with the knowledge of Second Language Acquisition theories as well as with methodologies in Teaching the Language, this too has given me additional insight to aim to strive for the best possible results , always having my learner\'s best interest in mind. My dissertation that I have submitted this year (about psychology and theories of learning Traditional vs. Constructivist) has given me a better insight into the best possible ways of teaching that one must take into consideration, while striving for success in Teaching. Teaching is my greatest passion and I feel really positive about making a difference in any child\'s or adult\'s life. It gives me a sense of pride and satisfaction when I motivate people to learn. I am also passionate about music (as I play the cello and love singing) drawing and painting. I believe that I will be a great teacher as my MA degree in Teaching English as Foreign Language taught me different methodologies of teaching English as well as different practical activities that would accelerate the acquisition of the language. I understand how important this time is for children as when I was 18 I was accepted to the European Union camp, in Barcelona, called ‘Euro Kids’. This experience taught me that workshops and communicative methodology play a very important role in learning languages. The role of the teacher, counsellor and facilitator should never be underestimated as it could change a child’s or even an adult´s life. The teacher who can inspire to do wonderful things is the teacher to look for and I consider myself to be one of those people.
