I am a CELTA qualified teacher who has been teaching in Poland for the past 9 years. I have taken many students through the FCE,CPE and City and Guilds examinations. My lessons are considered to be interesting and relevant. I have alot of experience using multimedia technologies in the classroom and have even conducted training sessions in the use of Interactive Whiteboards within the classroom.

I use simple explanations and real life examples to explain grammar in a way which makes the student understand why it is the way it is.

I am a young but quite experienced teacher of EFL and the more I teach the more I realize how much there is to be learnt. I am aware that having an excellent command of a language does not make one an excellent foreign language teacher. To a great extent teaching is about guiding the students to their own linguistic discoveries. I also believe that during an English lesson a friendly atmosphere is vital. I require and I encourage the students to breach their own boundaries but I do not expect the students to perform beyond their capabilities. Usually, I incorporate 4 basic skills during a lesson, however I focus most on speaking activities.
