I am a communicator by heart and I have spent my last 20 professional years being the voice of the company which I worked for, making new deals, taking care of problems, offering solutions, and making existing relationships stronger. I am a Native Speaker of American English. I graduated English Philology and have been teaching for several years in private English schools, as well as in companies.

I am a Native Speaker of English from Rhode Island, USA. I have over 15 years of teaching experience and can teach anyone, anytime and at any level. My style is very friendly with a life coaching attitude. I make corrections often to destroy pasterns of incorrect speech. I use simple explanations and real life examples to explain grammar in a way which makes the student understand why it is the way it is.

I am English but currently live in Finland where I currently teach English in the Savonia University of Applied Sciences in the town of Iisalmi. As well as English I speak fluent Finnish and am familiar with Poland as I spent a month in Wroclaw on a CELTA course at International House last July. As a result of the course and spending time in Poland I am very interested in coming to teach and work in Poland. As a teacher I consider myself to be outgoing, enthusiastic, professional with a genuine love for teaching and for creating a fun and educational teaching environment best served to suit the needs of the students I have had considerable experience of teaching English to a wide range of students, from pre-school children aged up to 6 years old to adults. I have also taught to a wide range of students – business students, social care students, nurse, occupational health therapy, physiotherapy and agricultural and natural resources students. I have also always tried to make the learning experience a pleasurable one, create an atmosphere where the students feel relaxed and comfortable with what they are learning. I have received positive feedback from teacher colleagues and students alike for my creativity and how well I get along and interact with the students.I have also conducted an English language conversation group for teachers in the university. I have held positions of responsibility and experience of living abroad and learning a new culture and language. I am familiar with Poland as a result of the time I spent on the course in Wroclaw and the knowledge I had previously of Poland and had some experience teaching to Polish students on the course, so I would be very happy to come to live and teach in Poland. Unfortunately I can\'t speak Polish yet but am more than willing t learn.
