Our workshop is going to show that applying the multi-sensory approach and integrating English with other subjects is far from complicated. We’d like to focus on practical tips and suggestions on how to take full advantage of music, arts and movement (or …on how to effectively reach an audio, visual or kinesthetic learner…) with the help of ‘Footprints’ and ‘English Adventure”. Also, we’d like you to meet two playful chaps: Bartek and Kuba.

Sky is (NOT) the Limit – Go Sky High

As regards the first three years of primary education, Nowa Podstawa Programowa stresses the development of communicative and interpersonal skills, using the multi-sensory approach. Grade 4 is slowly the time to move on to preparing primary learners for the more formalized world of gimnazjum without suppressing their natural drive to discover the world around. The workshop will provide strategies for helping 10-12-olds to go through the transition process. We’ll demonstrate the usefulness of the “Sky High” series for the purpose as well as share a few ideas how to handle some of the basic examples of misbehaviour a teacher is likely to encounter while teaching grades 4-6.
