The New Year isn’t just about what you do on New Year’s eve it’s also about a whole host of other celebrations that span the first month of the year, January.

Celebrations which also come from the various different cultures around the British Isles and come under different names from different languages, and in this workshop we will embark on both.
Among others, we will enjoy the singing and dancing of Scottish Hogmanay, with „Auld Lang Syne” and learn the correct Scottish way to do it. We will step back in time and find out about some of the older traditions as well.
