Richard Mullaney ma 21 lat i jest irlandczykiem, urodzonym w Dublinie, gdzie studiował Youth Work. Pragnie poświęcić się pracy z młodymi ludźmi z trudnych środowisk. Swoją drogę kariery rozpoczął w wieku 13 lat, przez kilka lat prowadząc drużynę harcerską. Latem pracuje jako animator zajęć w szkołach letnich, takich jak Stafford House w Glasgow i Edynburgu, LINES Languages w Reading. Pomimo młodego wieku ma na swoim koncie mnóstwo osiągnięć, takich jak: Youth & Community Work, Rescue Emergency Care First Aid Training: Level 3, 3rd Place in International Small Ships Race, oraz różnego rodzaju wolontariaty.
