Key responsibilities may include:
Processing invoices in accordance with Accenture and client invoicing procedures
Reversing invoices for incorrect posting
Blocking and releasing invoices for payment on business request
Monitoring blocked and parked invoice reports and ensuring aged invoices are followed up on a timely basis
Handling with client's requests and vendor queries
Qualifications:
Very good Italian and English
Knowledge of French would be an asset
Experience in Accounts Payable Team will be an advantage
MS Office skills
Flexibility
Ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
