Global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company is looking for Social Media Data Analyst with fluent English and communicative level of Portuguese language to work in our office in Warsaw (city centre).
Key responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in generating reports in domain of social and traditional media to Client
- Periodically present reports to Client with highlights identification and relevant summaries
- Effectively manage reports in portfolio
- Provide input to end-to-end reporting process to Client
- Define opportunities and reporting improvements
Requirements:
- Fluent English and communicative level of Portuguese language
- Minimum 2 years of proven reporting experience with exposure to traditional and on-line media (Facebook, Twitter, Orkut, Blogs, etc.)
- Good understanding of capabilities and functionalities of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet reporting.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities in report development and maintenance
- Client Management skills - understanding and talking business language vs technical, as well as ability to respond in a timely manner to requests / tasks
- Ability to absorb training of data mining and Client analysis / reporting applications
- Mindset for learning / absorbing technical and business domain (Financial Services) knowledge
- Skills in planning and prioritization, detail orientation and results focused
- End-to-end ownership of each report in portfolio and entire reporting process
- Strong multi-tasking, time-management and interpersonal skill
