Scoring Specialist
(office in Warsaw)
In respect with our Service Level Agreement and quality control procedures, your main responsibilities are:
• Manage scoring processes of test sessions organized in region.
• Implement all quality & security control to deliver results to clients.
• Archive all answer sheets and administrative documents.
• Process with invoicing.
• Report incidents in Sales Force.
• Daily reporting: productivity, incidents, invoicing, respect of SLA.
• Test and implement scoring software updates.
Education / Job requirements:
• Post Graduate degree
• At least 1 year of experience, preferably in an international organization.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Autonomous, well-organized and detail oriented.
• Rigorous.
• Computer literate – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Sales Force knowledge is a plus.
Languages:
Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written
Contract: Fixed term, full time.
