OPERATIONAL MARKET SUPPORT SPECIALIST

ETS’s assessment tools, such as the TOEFL test and the TOEIC test, are internationally recognized in the world of education, training, and English Language Learning. ETS GLOBAL, the international subsidiary of ETS, is in charge of the commercialization of the tests throughout the EMEA region.
We are recruiting, for the Eastern Europe team based in Warsaw, an Operational Market Support Specialist for the Region of Eastern Europe, Balkans and partly Asia.
Within the Market Support team and under the supervision of the Regional Director, you will be responsible for:
- Providing operational support to sales team in organizing and participating to internal and external events
- The promotion of our products via direct Marketing actions
- Development and localization of sales material for local markets (brochures, product documentation, PowerPoint presentations, advertising…)
- Participation in various projects such as: website updates, studies, etc.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience including:
- Experience working in a marketing department within an international organization
- Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment
- Experience in English language training/testing industry will be a highly valuable asset
Education:
- Business school – MA Degree in Marketing preferred
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate self-directed and proactive on given tasks
- Organized and motivated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (TOEIC score: minimum 900, C1 CEFR level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Any other Eastern European language would be an asset
