Marketing & Communications Specialist (consultancy contract) (Warsaw, Poland)
With more than 3000 employees worldwide, ETS is the world’s largest independent organization dealing with language assessments and educational research, with almost 70-year history and corporate headquarters located in Princeton, USA. ETS’s assessment tools, amongst them the TOEFL® and the TOEIC® tests, are internationally recognized in the world of education, business and government agencies.
Find out if you are the person we are looking for!
• you hold a BA Degree or you are a graduate student of Marketing / Communication / PR (alternatively you have a degree in linguistics/philology)
• you don’t need to have vast professional experience, but we expect at least 1-year practice
as a Marketing / Communications (Junior) Specialist in a multicultural environment
• experience working in language learning industry / e-learning organization will be considered
a great asset
• you have at least B2 level of English (preferably with the TOEIC® 800+ score to support it); Polish language proficiency – native; other European language will be an asset
• you have good verbal communication and copywriting skills, writing promotional content comes easy to you
• you have good time management skills and ability to work on assigned tasks autonomously and also within a team
• you show high level of responsibility, organizational skills and motivation
• being solution-oriented, proactive and creative does not exclude you from being able to work accurately and with attention to details
• CRM, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet and Excel are not the new tools for you
• basic knowledge of online marketing tools would be an asset
What you can expect? Your position involves:
• organizing and participating in many high-class, internal and external events
• promotion of ETS Global products via Direct Marketing actions and follow up campaigns
• direct communication with sales team for specific demand and sales support when needed
• contribution to various projects such as: promotion / PR / digital campaigns, new product launches, website updates, webinars, advertising, and others
• contributing to marketing plan creation and marketing budget updates
• market research and competitive intelligence research when needed
• development and localization of sales and marketing materials for local markets (brochures, product documentation, PowerPoint presentations, digital content and other)
