Customer Service Administrator - Eastern Europe and Turkey (Warsaw, Poland)

ETS’s assessment tools, such as the TOEFL test and the TOEIC test, are internationally recognized in the world of education and business.
You will be responsible for:
Customer Service
Reply to customer and prospect requests by phone and by e-mail about:
o The eCommerce platform
o Contracts and procedures
o Products
o Logistic and security issue
Update the CRM on a regular basis and communicate with the Sales team
Interact with scoring, finance and logistics departments to make to reply quickly to customer requests
Provide a dedicated support to customers (paper based tests and online products)
Provide support to the Sales team for the contracts renewals
Manage logistic and customs issues when necessary
Create and update the “best practices” and procedures
Manage administration sessions issues
Sales activity
Contribute to reach the sales targets and the revenue target
Call potential clients/ prospects: present products and services, follow-up of market support campaigns
Ensure TCAs (Test Centers Administrators) are trained and know all the necessary security procedures on a regular basis
Back Office
Transfer data to the new eCommerce platform
Test the new platform and communicate with the Information System team
Invoicing and managing payment issues
Create public sessions
Manage PTC fees
Education & qualifications
Fluent in English: TOEIC score > 900 (level C1 on the CEFR), Turkish and Polish
Business Degree
Experience working in customer service/sales
Exceptional customer skills to ensure the high level of service required by the company
Experience working in a multicultural environment
Computer literate, Word, Excel, Internet, PowerPoint, Outlook
Well organized and autonomous
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Contract: 1 year with possibility of extension, full time
Starting: ASAP
