Tę zasadę staram się stosować od lat-zachęcać, motywować ,rożnymi sposobami zainteresować moich studentów tak ,żeby nauka języka była dla nich przyjemnością.Jednocześnie jestem osobą wymagającą- wymagam dużo od siebie i od innych.Jestem otwarta i komunikatywna. Przykładam dużą wagę do doskonalenia osobistego i zawodowego. Od lat uczestniczę w rożnych kursach i konferencjach metodycznych m.in. organizowanych przez the British Council i wydawnictwa Longman, Cambridge i Oxford University Press. Interesuję się psychologią -brałam udział m.i. w treningach interpersonalnych, kursach asertywności i rozwoju osobistego. Mam również doświadczenie w pracy biurowej - jako sekretarz Ambasadora RP w Kopenhadze prowadziłam kancelarię jawną Ambasady , wykonywałam tłumaczenia pism oficjalnych , byłam odpowiedzialna za organizację spotkań i przyjęć dyplomatycznych.
Za moje najważniejsze osiągnięcie życiowe uważam moją rodzinę- męża i 19-letnią córkę. |

October 2015 – June 2016: Szkola Anita, Bydgoszcz, Poland
English Teacher: I worked with a variety of groups, ranging from young learners, aged eleven years, to adults. I used an assortment of methods which included cookery sessions with the younger groups, and supplementary videos, handouts and worksheets with the teenager and adult groups. I have found this method to be very useful as it breaks up the monotony of working from the course book during the entirety of the lesson.
October 2014 – June 2015: Britania English School, Lugo, Spain
English Teacher: I worked with a wide range of groups, ranging from nursery school children to adults, who were studying towards their First Certificate Exam. I used a variety of books and methods, such as worksheet activities, games and crafts that is associated with a particular festival or event.
September 2013 – June 2014: Windsor School, Togliatti, Russia
English Teacher: Working with a variety of groups, I used English in Mind and Face2Face books, which placed emphasis on vocabulary and grammar and Let’s Talk, which is aimed at improving the student’s speaking range. I also designed my own handouts to aid and further enhance the student’s knowledge whilst at home.
June 2013 to August 2013: Celyn ABC Camp Poltava Region, Ukraine
Head English Teacher: I worked at a British Language camp for the duration of the summer, working with young children and teenagers in order to teach and improve their English language skills. I was responsible for designing and implementing a Placement Test, putting the children into the groups in accordance with their test results, organising teammates to the relevant group, designing coursework that was applicable to my groups. I was also responsible for ensuring that daily reports to senior management were submitted. I also worked at the camp in the summer of 2014.
January 2010 to May 2013: British School, Bydgoszcz, Poland
English Teacher: I designed lessons which focused on using conversational English to a variety of groups that ranged from Pre-Intermediate to CAE students. Using this method enabled the students to improve their speaking and pronunciation skills.
October 2012 to May 2013: English Pro, Bydgoszcz
English Teacher: Using the Up Beat 3 course book, I worked with a younger teenage group at Upper-Intermediate level, where the emphasis was on grammar and writing. I was also using the Get on Track to FCE course book where I worked with a group of FCE mid-teenage students in readiness for their Matura examination. In addition, I worked with a Pre-Intermediate group within their place of employment, where they could enjoy both practising and improving their conversational skills.
March 2010 to September 2012: Empik School, Bydgoszcz
English Teacher: Working from the Face2Face course books, I was responsible for the teaching of English to staff employed by Bydgoszcz City Council.
April 2010 to May 2012: Hello School, Bydgoszcz
English Teacher: Using research, I held classes using conversational English to a wide range of students, mainly children, but also to adults. I also conducted one-to-one meetings with students who wished to improve their conversational skills. I also used lessons from the Upstream and Fairyland course books designed for Beginner and Elementary level student groups.
October 2009 to April 2010: William Wharton School, Bydgoszcz
English Teacher: Using the Callan Method, I was responsible for the teaching of English to a diverse group of students, ranging from children to adults.
January 2008 to September 2009: Best-Train, Leeds
Basic Skills Tutor: I was employed at Best-Train, where I taught Literacy and Numeracy to adults who were on the Government’s New Deal programme. I was also responsible for delivering job search modules such as application forms and CV and letter writing.
September 2006 to October 2007: Chamber Training, Cardiff.
Key/Basic Skills Tutor: I was responsible for teaching OCR Job-seeking Skills and ICT at Entry 3 and NVQ ICT Level 1, to 16 – 18 year old learners.
July 2006 to September 2006: Instant Muscle, Cardiff.
IT Tutor: I was employed at the Instant Muscle Jobsearch Centre on a voluntary basis, where I helped the clients to use the Centre’s IT facilities to carry out job search, CV and letter writing.
February to October 2005: BTCV, Cardiff.
Basic Skills Tutor: I was responsible for teaching Maths to New Deal trainees of varying ages, with a wide range of needs and abilities.
