This is a New and Exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, dynamic international technology firm working within an international environment – with international Clients.
Our Client is a technology based company supporting businesses across the globe managing compliance and securing their network infrastructures and other systems with offices across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia. Due to business growth across Europe they are currently looking for a person for the role of:
Renewal Representative (with English, German and Russian)
(Work place: Center of Warsaw, full-time job)
Renewal Representative will be required to lead the way in delivering renewals and upsell/cross sell revenue into the business. He / She will have a good understanding of product portfolio enabling to spot additional revenue generating opportunities within the customer base.
The duties of Renewal Representative include:
- Look after all the existing customers with renewals sub $10,000 across the Central European and Nordic regions
- Close software and/or hardware renewal business
- Identify up sell/cross-sell opportunities within your designated accounts
- Send 30, 60 and 90 days notification e-mails out to clients
- Issue quarterly report of renewals due onto the Distributor working with your Manager
- Answer any queries from clients or distribution channel in a timely and professional manner
- Help prepare proposals, quotations, sales letters alongside the Channel Account Manager
- Manage and maintain a pipeline and ensure all sales administration is current using CRM
- Resolve any disputes or discrepancies in the accounts or orders received
- Forecast business to close on a weekly basis to Line Manager
Key Competencies:
- Very good knowlage of English, German and Russian
- Must have strong written/verbal communication skills
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and energetic
- Well-spoken and articulate, confident on the phone
- Self-motivated and driven, with a well-developed sense of personal accountability
- Customer focused
- Excellent written, numerical and analytical skills
