We are recruiting a:
Junior Business Expansion Specialist
Main Missions:
- Manage Distribution Network expansion and drive appropriate revenue growth in the allocated region
- Support the sales team in the recruitment, management and the support of local distributors and public test centers across Europe & Africa with a particular focus on Russia and Western European countries
- Promote all ETS products and services and facilitate their access
- Monitor objective achievement and revenue generation
- Provide report and clear vision of sales status and coverage of the territory
- Work with projects, respond to tenders and coordinate accreditation processes
Basic Duties:
Drive business development in the countries you manage
Actively identify new business opportunities within the field of language assessment
Provide customers with all information related to products and services
Prepare offers and lead product presentations for clients / Conduct negotiations and prepare contracts
Manage Key Clients and maintain long-term business relations
Work with market support team in order to coordinate marketing activities in country and at distance (eg. promotional marketing campaigns)
Participate in , coordinate or manage specific fairs and events
Report directly to the Regional Director on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis
Education and experience:
University or Business School Degree
Sales experience working in an international environment
Experience managing distributors’ network, developing new business
Autonomy and priority management
Languages:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian, proficiency in other languages would be an asset.
TOEIC Score > 900 (level C1 of the CECRL)
Work Place: Warsaw (Poland), possible business trips
Contract: full time position
