Recruitment in Cracow - Junior Accountant with German and English (General Ledger)
Key responsibilities:
-Preparation and posting of journal entries
-Responsible for the balance sheet accounts reconciliation process
-Responsible for Fixed Assets transactions
-Ensure close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner - preparation of accruals, pre-paid releases, posting of bank transactions.
-Perform a review of both B/S and P/L for errors, omissions or inconsistencies, variance analysis,
-Support audit of financial statements as required
Qualifications:
-Very good English and German
-Master degree in accountancy will be an asset
-Accounting experience - min. 1 year
-Shared service experience is a plus
-Fixed assets transaction experience is a plus
-MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (Oracle)
-Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year end closing
-Ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills
