Junior Cash Collector with Danish and English
in Warsaw
Key responsibilities:
-Responsibility for activities assigned by the Collections Supervisor
-Customer's Debtors facing and relationship management.
-Support Client in identification of Invoice Disputes and assistance and getting them resolved, in-cooperation with Customer Sales
-Support Client in Credit Management, deal with on-hold orders
-Communicate verbally (telephone - Customer Calls) and in writing (Account Statement, Dunning Letter, Reminders) to execute Cash Collection activities accordingly to defined Collection strategy
-Provide regular status report to the client of all issues received, pending, and resolved issues.
-Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
Qualifications:
-Fluent English and Danish
-Min.1 year experience on a similar position in the international organization
-Experience specifically in Collections will be a strong asset
-MS Office (Excel) skills are essential
-Focus on client and targets' completion
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
